Teacher
Training
The Gen Y class license includes all the training, materials and
support services necessary to make your Gen Y class a success. It
includes full support for up to 30 students per class.
Gen Y teachers attend a training session given by veteran Gen Y
teacher-educators. We encourage a few students and administrators
to attend the training as well. This often helps establish buy-in
and support for the program. The training covers the philosophy
and practical knowledge needed to start and run a Gen Y class. It
covers the curriculum and how to use the online support system to
maximize the success of the program.
The Gen Y curriculum covers the technical skills necessary for
the students to build technology projects. It also covers the collaboration
skills, project management and planning and other "soft" skills
necessary to complete the projects. |
