 Objectives
 

Students in my partner-teacher's class will be able to:
use the Internet to send and receive e-mail from students in France.

I will be able to:
contact a school in France, or set up e-mail accounts on epals.com. I will also be able to send and recieve e-mail.

My partner-teacher will be able to:
send and receive e-mail and be able to maintain the e-mail.

 Procedures
 

1. I will learn how to contact a school in France or I will learn how to go online to find French students that my class could e-mail on epals.com.

2. I will set up the e-mail accounts by e-mailing the district Webmaster, or by setting up accounts on epals.com

3. I will go over the e-mail with my parnter(SP) teacher before going into the lab.

4. In class, I will teach netiquette using my Generation Y handbook.

5. I will invite my partner-teacher's class into the computer lab.

6. I will show them how to use the e-mail by useing the Overhead LCD panal(SP) to show them step by step how to get into their e-mail, how to send e-mail, and how to recieve(SP) e-mail.

7. I will observe them writing and recieving(SP) back e-mail each day in

observe them as they send and recieve e-mail.

hand the students a questionaire to fill out about me and how well the e-mail worked.

interview her afterward to see how well she understands the project and to see if she thought it went well.
