 Procedures

First, I will set up a meeting with my partner teacher. We will discuss the type of presentation she wants to use, and the subject I will need to address to her class. After we have had our meeting, she will give me the sources I needed to complete the task she has assigned.

Then, I will begin working on the presentation. I will lay out the way I would like to present the PowerPoint, and begin to type the text into different slides.

After that, I will save to file to disk, and take it to school to save in my file. Once it has been saved I will finish off any text or pictures I needed to insert into the slideshow. I will watch my slideshow and show it to my teacher and peers.

Once my GenY teacher and my partner teacher have approved my slideshow editing, I will go to my partner teacher to set up a date for presentation.

After the date has been set, I will prepare by practicing the speech I will have mentally prepared. I will sit for about 15 minutes rehearsing it each day before the presentation.

The day of the show, the students should pile into the library, ready to learn. I will begin clicking the mouse, and the rest is obvious. The students will be given worksheets by the teacher to complete. They will focus on what they learned by watching my presentation.
