Generation YES news the old-fashioned way!

Hey, it’s OK. Some people like their news the old-fashioned way. If we could hire a town crier to walk up and down streets shouting about student empowerment, technology integration, and project-based learning — well, we would!

So we still use that quaint old-fashioned email newsletter format. So 2008. But some people love it! And that’s OK.

If you’d like Generation YES news that way, here’s a sample of our latest email newsletter. (I’ll even provide a retro “click here” link.) We send it out 3-4 times a year. There’s always news about what we are up to, like Dennis’s photo with NFL star rookie Robert Griffin III as a first grader. But usually more up to date than that! We always try to include some cool stuff for the high tech classroom, new tools, news about students doing interesting things, and more.

You may notice I’ve sneakily linked to some posts that I’ve already blogged about. That’s called repurposing. Or if you pay a lot of money to consultants, it’s called “Creating a value-add by bucketing your core content into segmented audience-profiled offerings leveraged through multiple distribution channels.”

Have it your way -

or
